How Drone Group helps
Keep the exterior in shape between compliance checks
BWOF inspections cover your specified systems, not the outside of the building. Drone Group washes façades, treats roofs and cleans solar panels by drone, with no scaffolding and no roof access.
Questions
Does this replace my compliance company or IQPs?
No. It gives you one overview across all your buildings. Your council-issued compliance schedule and your IQPs still set and certify the actual requirements.
Which specified systems are included?
A reference sheet lists the specified system codes (SS1 to SS16, with sub-codes such as SS3/1). Pick the codes that appear on each building's compliance schedule.
How does it work out when inspections are due?
Enter how often each system is inspected and the date of the last inspection. The tracker calculates the next due date and flags anything overdue or due within 30 days.
Provided free by Drone Group as a general guide. Always follow your building's compliance schedule and your council's BWOF requirements.
